National ID numbers encrypted at rest

ID numbers are never stored in plain text, and access to them is audited.

Per-photo image consents

A child without consent is never tagged in a photo — consent applies to each picture separately.

E-signature with a qualified timestamp

Every document signature gets an RFC 3161 timestamp that confirms when it was signed.

Data export and deletion on request

On a parent's request we export or delete the child's data — in line with GDPR.

No cameras, no biometrics

We don't process camera feeds or fingerprints — a teacher marks attendance with one tap.
